Yesterday we participated in the “WOMEN4IT Webinar for Piloting Partners”. A BETI representative presented the training process experience in Lithuania so far. Talked about the dissemination process, trainers’ and mentors’ experience and feedbacks from learners. Also discussed the next steps and the employment process. 😊
