A week ago, we hosted an insightful focus group discussion as part of the UpSkilling Coaches project. The goal was to explore the perspectives, experiences, and challenges faced by various stakeholders—including women and men coaches, sports managers, and gender experts—regarding the employment and inclusion of women coaches in sports.
This important conversation shed light on barriers, opportunities, and the steps needed to create a more inclusive and diverse coaching landscape.
