On 18–19 June 2025, the consortium partners of the UPSKILLING COACHES project convened in Ravda, Bulgaria for the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting. The meeting was hosted by BSDA and brought together representatives from all partner organizations: BSDA, CEIPES, BETI and BAIS.
The two-day agenda focused on key milestones and forward planning, including:
- Partner updates on the development of the Upskilling Coaches Methodology
- Finalization and translation of the methodology document
- Presentation and discussion of the e-learning toolbox and evaluation system
- Planning for the Innovative Solutions and EU Network for Coaches
- Review of dissemination, sustainability, and exploitation strategies
- Financial and administrative updates
- Insights from the first round of monitoring and evaluation activities
- Agreement on future tasks and upcoming meetings
The meeting concluded with sport activities during the Adapted Sports Camp 2025, reinforcing the project’s commitment to practical engagement and inclusivity in sport.
