The partners of the UpSkilling Coaches project recently came together for another online meeting to review project progress, discuss ongoing activities, and coordinate the next steps of implementation.
During the meeting, partners focused on several important aspects of the project, including partner cooperation, quality assurance, and the progress of the UpSkilling Coaches Petition. The petition represents an important initiative aimed at raising awareness and promoting greater recognition and equal opportunities for female coaches in minority sports.
The consortium also discussed dissemination, sustainability, and exploitation activities, with particular attention to ensuring that the project’s results remain accessible, relevant, and beneficial beyond its implementation period.
In addition, partners reviewed upcoming tasks and discussed plans for the next Monthly Online Meeting to ensure continued coordination and effective communication among participating organisations.
As the project approaches its final stages, regular partner meetings remain essential for maintaining strong international cooperation, monitoring progress, and ensuring the successful completion of project activities.
Through their continued collaboration, the UpSkilling Coaches partners remain committed to empowering female coaches in minority sports, strengthening their professional competencies, and promoting inclusion and equal opportunities in sport across Europe.
We would like to thank all project partners for their active participation, valuable contributions, and ongoing commitment to the UpSkilling Coaches project.
