On 16 September 2026, the UpSkilling Coaches Final Local Conference was held to present the main project results, achievements and future perspectives.
During the event, participants were introduced to the key outcomes of the project, including the research findings, the UpSkilling Coaches Methodology, the e-learning platform and training programme, as well as the European Network for Women Coaches.
The conference also highlighted the training activities and workshops implemented throughout the project, together with the ongoing awareness-raising campaign and the UpSkilling Coaches Petition.
An important part of the programme focused on the future of the project, how the developed results can continue to be used, how sustainability can be ensured, and how coaches, sport organisations and other stakeholders can contribute to supporting women coaches and promoting equal opportunities in sport.
