On May 7, 2025, the consortium of the CLIMPS – Twinning for 2030 Climate Change Action Plan Model in Industrial Manufacturing Platforms project held an additional online meeting focused on key management, quality assurance, and upcoming international collaboration activities.
The agenda covered several essential topics:
- Quality Management: Partners discussed the completion of External Interview Forms and piloting surveys, including both pre- and post-assessment surveys related to the CCAP model implementation.
- WP3 – Local “Green Consensus”: Updates were shared regarding the realization of Local Policy Impact Forums and Youth Workshops in both Türkiye and Lithuania.
- WP4 – Twinning Tool: Detailed planning took place for the upcoming Study Visit to Türkiye, scheduled for June 25–29, which will include visits to Kocaeli and Istanbul. Delegation members from BETI, MDM, IMP representatives, local administrations, and youth will participate.
- WP5 – Dissemination & Visibility: The meeting emphasized the importance of timely reporting of dissemination activities. Preparations for the Climate Change Brief Booklet are also underway.
This meeting marked another important milestone in ensuring the effective coordination and progress of the CLIMPS project as we work together toward greener industrial practices and stronger EU collaboration.
