On 20–21 October 2026, partners of the DigiBoost project gathered in Seville, Spain, for the 5th Transnational Project Coordination Meeting, hosted by COCEMFE Sevilla.
The two-day meeting provided an important opportunity for project partners to review progress, evaluate ongoing activities, discuss achievements and challenges, and coordinate the final steps of project implementation. The meeting also strengthened cooperation among partners and reaffirmed their shared commitment to empowering rural communities through digital entrepreneurship.
Reviewing Project Progress and Planning the Final Activities
The meeting focused on project coordination, final implementation activities, multiplier events, and dissemination.
Partners began by reviewing the current project status, examining progress against planned objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Particular attention was given to the implementation of project activities, pending tasks, and the steps required to ensure their successful completion.
A key part of the discussions focused on WP3 Pilot Implementation: Partner Progress Review. Partners shared updates on recruitment, participation, learning outcomes, and the implementation of pilot activities. The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, identify challenges, and discuss improvements.
The consortium further addressed WP3 evaluation procedures, including participant assessments, monitoring, supporting evidence, and national reporting requirements.
Strengthening Dissemination and Ensuring Project Sustainability
Another important topic was the planning and coordination of WP4 multiplier events and dissemination activities.
Partners discussed upcoming national multiplier events, including event preparation, target audiences, participant engagement, and documentation requirements. These activities play an important role in sharing project outcomes with wider audiences and increasing the visibility and impact of DigiBoost.
Discussions also covered dissemination channels, website updates, social media activities, newsletters, and the promotion of project results.
The meeting concluded its working sessions with a review of project management, quality assurance, financial reporting, and final deliverables. Partners agreed on priorities and next steps to support the successful completion of the remaining activities.
