DigiBoost 4th Transnational Project Meeting Successfully Held in Rome

The 4th Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the DigiBoost project took place on 15-16 April 2026 in Rome, Italy, hosted by PMI Services. The meeting gathered all project partners to evaluate progress, align on upcoming activities, and strengthen cooperation across the consortium.

DigiBoost, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, aims to enhance digital skills and inclusion through innovative training and accessible digital tools.

Key Meeting Outcomes

During the meeting, partners reviewed achievements since the previous TPM and discussed the following:

  • Project Management & Progress Review
    The coordinator, Antalya Bilim Üniversitesi, presented an overview of completed deliverables, milestones, and upcoming targets.
  • Curriculum & Pilot Implementation (WP1 & WP3)
    Updates were shared on curriculum development and pilot training plans, including timelines, target groups, and partner responsibilities.
  • Digital Platform Demonstration
    BETI and FAMS Cocemfe showcased the DigiBoost platform, highlighting user features, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance), and technical support procedures.
  • Quality Assurance & Risk Management
    Discussions focused on monitoring results, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement.
  • Dissemination & Promotion (WP4)
    A comprehensive promotion plan was presented, covering social media strategy, stakeholder engagement, and upcoming dissemination activities across partner countries.

Looking Ahead

The meeting concluded with the agreement on key action points, deadlines, and responsibilities for the final phase of the project. Partners also confirmed that the final Transnational Project Meeting will take place on 20–21 October 2026 in Seville, Spain, hosted by FAMS Cocemfe.

The Rome meeting marked an important step forward in ensuring the successful implementation and impact of the DigiBoost project across Europe.
