On Friday, partners of the Co-DEAL project gathered online for a coordination meeting to review progress, share updates, and plan upcoming activities. The meeting served as an important checkpoint to ensure alignment across all partners and to move forward with the next phases of the project.
The meeting began with a brief welcome and introduction by FHM, followed by focused discussions on several core topics:
- Desk Research and Literature Review: Partners discussed the status of the ongoing desk research and next steps for preparing the publication of a comprehensive literature review. This research will serve as a foundational resource for the project’s upcoming outputs.
- Focus Group Insights: An analysis of focus group data collected from members of the population and relevant experts was presented. These insights are crucial for understanding local needs and ensuring that the project’s activities are grounded in real-world contexts.
- Module Design: Partners began shaping the structure and content of training modules, particularly those related to preparedness for crises and challenges. These modules aim to build resilience and relevant skills among target groups.
- Planning the Learning and Training Activity (LITA): The team explored potential formats and content for the upcoming Learning and Training Activity, including the concept of an Open-Innovation-City workshop, which will foster creativity and collaborative problem-solving.
- Next Steps: The meeting concluded with an agreement on the date and focus of the next online partner meeting, ensuring continued momentum and coordination.
This meeting reflected the collaborative spirit and shared commitment of all partners involved in the Co-DEAL project. We look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses and to delivering impactful, inclusive solutions that address current and future challenges.
