CLIMPS Final Meeting: Reflections and Results

The final day of the CLIMPS Project meeting took place on 23 July 2025 in Kaunas, Lithuania, bringing the project to a meaningful and successful close.

Over the past two days, partners came together to reflect on the progress made throughout the project, evaluate the results, and ensure all final steps were completed to the highest standard. The meeting served not only as a final check-in but also as a space to celebrate the collaborative efforts and shared commitment that have defined the CLIMPS journey.

On the second day, the consortium focused on several essential tasks, including:

  • A detailed review of communication and dissemination activities, assessing their reach, impact, and lessons learned
  • A comprehensive evaluation of all intellectual outputs developed during the project
  • Open reflections on the strengths of the partnership, challenges faced during implementation, and strategies that led to success
  • Final confirmation of the project’s quantitative and qualitative indicators to ensure the successful completion of all objectives

This closing session reinforced the importance of international collaboration in addressing climate-related challenges within industrial manufacturing. The outcomes of the CLIMPS Project provide a strong foundation for continuing efforts in sustainability, digital transition, and innovative workforce training in manufacturing contexts.

We are proud of what has been accomplished and grateful for the dedication of every team member involved. The shared knowledge, expertise, and collaboration throughout the project have laid the groundwork for long-term impact beyond the project’s lifetime.

Thank you to all our partners for making the CLIMPS Project a success.
