Online CoVE Meeting Held with Lithuanian PROMOTE Project Partners

On June 17, an online meeting of the CoVE project was held, bringing together the Lithuanian partners involved in the implementation of the PROMOTE project: Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), the Lithuanian Prison Service, and the Baltic Education Technology Institute (BETI).

The meeting focused on key aspects of project implementation and coordination, with particular attention given to the preparation of training activities for staff working within the prison ecosystem. Partners discussed the development and alignment of training content, ensuring that the planned activities respond to the needs of the target groups and contribute to the overall objectives of the project.

A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to the organisation of upcoming training sessions. The partners reviewed the current progress, discussed the structure and content of the training materials, and exchanged views on how to ensure their relevance, clarity, and practical value for participants. Attention was also given to the preparation process for selecting training participants, including the steps needed to identify and involve representatives from the prison ecosystem.

The online meeting also provided an opportunity to strengthen cooperation among the Lithuanian partners, clarify responsibilities, and coordinate the next stages of implementation. By discussing upcoming tasks and shared priorities, the partners ensured a common understanding of the activities ahead and reinforced their commitment to the successful implementation of the PROMOTE project.

Such coordination meetings play an important role in supporting smooth project progress, promoting effective communication between partners, and ensuring that project activities are implemented in a consistent and meaningful way.
