PROMOTE Project Partners Gathered in Kaunas for a Two-Day Project Event

On 12–13 May 2026, PROMOTE project partners met in Kaunas, Lithuania, for a two-day project event. The meeting brought together representatives from partner organisations to review progress, align upcoming activities, and prepare for the next important stages of project implementation.

The event provided a valuable opportunity for partners to meet in person, exchange updates, and discuss the project’s key work packages in detail. Over the course of two intensive days, participants focused on project status, curriculum development, certification, dissemination, sustainability, and future planning.

The first day of the meeting opened with a welcome session and an overview of the project coordination process. Partners reviewed the current project status, including readiness for upcoming reporting requirements and the close-out of WP3 activities. A dedicated session was held on WP3 deliverables, milestones, and final deadlines, ensuring that all partners were aligned on the remaining tasks and expected outputs.

Further discussions focused on the Certification Framework, including technical and digital issuing processes, credential methodology, evidence collection, and the overall implementation approach. Partners also discussed the Industry Integration Plan, sustainable partnerships, quality assurance updates, and the next steps needed to support long-term project impact.

The second day focused on the launch of WP4, including the delivery of learning pathways and career guidance activities. Partners discussed the structure of the curricular flows, participant selection, national cohort organisation, physical activities calendar, and preparation for upcoming piloting activities. The agenda also included important discussions on dissemination, visibility, expert-staff activities, project management, and the roadmap toward the next project meeting.

Throughout the event, partners worked together to clarify responsibilities, confirm timelines, and strengthen cooperation across the consortium. The meeting in Kaunas played an important role in ensuring a shared understanding of the project’s next phase and supporting the successful delivery of PROMOTE outputs.

We would like to thank all partners for their active participation, valuable contributions, and continued commitment to the PROMOTE project.
