  3. Employee/Intern →Learning Agenda

 

O3- YouthEmploy Toolkit

Learning Agenda basic framework agreed to include the following:

  1. Interpersonal Skills
  2. Technical Skills
  3. Management Skills
  4. Communication Skills
  5. Organisational Skills

 

O5-Report for Policy Makers Regarding Benefits of the YouthEmploy Model

Agreed a structure for report as follows:

  1. Defining each Actor and their role:
  • Training Centre – job coaching, consultancy, training
  • Employer - Mentor
  • Employee / Intern
  1. How information flows between actors
  2. Outputs – skills and certification
  3. Good Practises
