On the 16th-17th of May, BETI team is participating in the Kick-off meeting of the new project “Delta at work – Distinct elements of talent at the workplace”. The meeting is held in Münster, Germany, the city most known for its bicycle friendliness, university, and cultural importance.
“Delta at work” is a new partnership between partners from Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Spain and Poland. This project offers a balanced mix of vocational skills and creates work-based learning opportunities well aligned to all economic cycles, evolving jobs, working methods, and key competencies. Our project builds on human talents and supports VET providers in the adaptation of their training offer to changing skills needs and economic cycles.
