The project “MENNET: Mentoring Network for facilitating Access to Upskilling Pathways” has reached the end!

Started in 2018, the project “MENNET: Mentoring Network for facilitating Access to Upskilling Pathways” aimed to increase participation of low skilled adults and adults with fewer opportunities in lifelong learning and to improve their skills which will help to integrate into society better and easier. After 3 years of joint teamwork of partners from Lithuania, Spain, Romania and Norway, all project’s objectives have been accomplished!
To encourage the continuing development of low skilled adults and adults with fewer opportunities by using the innovative education models, we created training program with sub-modules for their reading, writing, calculations and use of computer competencies. The training program is available to everyone in the mentoring platform https://mennet.beti.lt/.
The project final conference was held on 25th of February and more than 100 people participated. Project partners and people, who are interested in adults learning, discussed about project’s influence on the target group, experience gained working with adults and the ways to motivate them.
The project MENNET provided us with a lot of information about adults learning. We are extremely happy to have been the coordinators of this project!
