The 4th Transnational Project Meeting of the UPSKILLING COACHES – A New Methodology to Empower Female Coaches project took place in Budapest, Hungary, on 17–18 June 2026.
During the two-day meeting, project partners gathered to review the overall progress of the project and discuss the implementation of key activities across the different work packages. The agenda included updates on project management, knowledge and methodology development, innovative solutions, the EU Network for Coaches, training activities, workshops, and awareness-raising actions.
Partners also addressed financial and administrative matters, quality assurance, monitoring activities, meeting evaluation, and the next steps for the upcoming project period. These discussions supported alignment among the consortium and helped ensure the smooth implementation of future deliverables.
The meeting concluded with an UPSKilling Coaches Workshop, organised with the involvement of project partners. The workshop contributed to the project’s broader objective of strengthening skills, encouraging collaboration, and empowering female coaches across Europe.
The Budapest meeting represented another important step in the project’s ongoing efforts to develop innovative approaches and build stronger support networks for female coaches.
