We are pleased to announce the opening of the Centre of Vocational Excellence in Lithuania, established as part of the PROMOTE project.
The project focuses on enhancing the skills of professionals working with individuals in prison, supporting more effective rehabilitation and reintegration. By bringing together educators, vocational trainers, and mental health practitioners, PROMOTE fosters collaboration, continuous learning, and innovative approaches across the correctional sector.
The centre will:
- Support upskilling and lifelong learning
- Promote collaboration across disciplines
- Recognize prior learning and offer micro-credentials
- Encourage practical, community-led solutions
As part of a wider European initiative, the centre contributes to improving vocational education and setting new standards for professional training in the field of rehabilitation.
We look forward to working with partners and stakeholders to create meaningful impact through the PROMOTE project.
