On 16 and 17 December 2025, the UpSkilling Coaches Transnational Partners Meeting successfully took place in Kaunas, bringing together project partners for two days of discussion, coordination, and planning aimed at advancing the implementation of the UpSkilling Coaches project.
The agenda focused on key project developments, including the creation of the UpSkilling Coaches Network, dissemination and promotional strategies for the project toolbox, and the implementation of the UpSkilling Coaches e-learning course. Partners also exchanged updates on training activities, workshops, and awareness-raising actions carried out within the project.
In addition, the meeting provided space to reflect on dissemination, sustainability, and exploitation strategies, ensuring the long-term impact of project results. Constructive discussions and collaborative exchanges strengthened coordination among partners and aligned next steps.
Beyond the working sessions, participants benefited from informal networking opportunities during breaks and a common dinner, further reinforcing cooperation within the partnership.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to continue working collaboratively to strengthen coaching competences and support the development of a strong European community of coaches.
