We’re thrilled to begin our journey with the UPSkilling Coaches project, a collaborative initiative with partners from Italy, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and Hungary. This project is dedicated to empowering female coaches in minority sports by developing innovative training tools and fostering a supportive European network. Our mission is to enhance skills, promote inclusivity, and challenge gender stereotypes in sports, from grassroots to elite levels. Together, we’re paving the way for female coaches to inspire the next generation.
