Last week Eu-Rudisnet project concluded its final transnational meeting at the Seville Provincial Council.
This marked the sixth and final meeting of the EU-RUDISNET, which focuses on establishing a mentoring network to empower individuals with disabilities in rural areas across the European Union.
Strategic guidelines were discussed to address the project’s conclusion and ensure long-term sustainability beyond the direct actions. The main goal of EU-RUDISNET is to promote social inclusion for individuals with disabilities in rural areas through mentoring and leadership skills training.
Furthermore, the program partners actively participated in the final conference of EU-RUDISNET, held on June 14th. This provided an opportunity to present pilot results from each country and gain valuable insights into the reality of rural disability in different parts of Europe.
The EU-RUDISNET project has been an incredible journey, and we are proud of the progress made towards fostering inclusivity and empowering individuals with disabilities in rural areas. Together, we can continue making a difference!
