WOMEN4IT webinar “Women in ICT: academic, business and European perspectives” was organized on November 30th by BETI. This event was selected as one of the 12 knowledge-sharing and training workshops planned within the Women4IT project.
Webinar “Women in ICT: academic, business and European perspectives” was aimed at reaching an Estonian audience and transferring the knowledge gained and showing created tools outside the partnership countries.
Together with the speakers and participants, we discussed:
- Women’s position in the ICT field, challenges their face
- European perspective of girls and young women’s involvement in ICT
- The general situation of women in universities
